Banner Back Online – All Systems Normal

UPDATE:  8/10/13 – 11:50 AM – Banner patching is complete and all systems are now back online.  Thanks for your patience.  If you are experiencing any issues, please report them to the Help Desk at helpdesk@umw.edu.  Help Desk staff will respond during regular business hours.

UPDATE:  8/10/13 – 9:38 AM – The connection between campuses has been restored.  This connection failure has delayed the update work on Banner – it is now expected that Banner will be available by 6 PM.

8/10/13 – 8:20 AM – The network connection between the Fredericksburg and Stafford campuses is currently down.  This is causing delays completing the Banner patching work that was initially planed to be complete by 6:00 AM.

Verizon and UMW IT technicians are working to restore the connection as soon as possible.  Once the connection is reestablished, we will try to provide a timeline for when we expect Banner to be available.
