CLASS OF 1949 • 60th Reunion
May 28 - May 31, 2009

Dear Fabulous ’49ers:

Our 60th Reunion will be the weekend after Memorial Day, May 29-31, 2009.  If possible, come early to avoid the traffic on I-95.  There will be an Alumni College for those interested at both campuses with a shuttle from UMW on Thursday and Friday mornings.  Spouses are welcome.

Reunion registration opens at 10am Friday in Virginia Hall.  There have been changes since our last reunion.  After the Brompton reception at 5pm Friday, our class will meet for dinner at Sunken Well Tavern, owned by three UMW alumni; a good chance to catch up on news of our classmates.

The Alumni Association has blocked rooms for us at the Quality Inn (formerly Hampton Inn) on Route 3 West at $69.00 per night.

In March, detailed material will be sent by UMW.  Please check the list of “lost classmates” and if you have information about them, forward it to the Alumni Office.

We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
