Dear Members of the Class of 1964,

Our forty-fifth reunion is coming up very soon. We hope that many of you will join us for the weekend of May 29th - 31st. We have checked with the Hilton Garden Inn in Fredericksburg and they are holding a block of rooms for Alumni members. A block of rooms have been loaded in their system and are ready to be booked.

Here are the instructions:

• You can begin booking online at http://fredericksburg.hgi.com or by calling 540.548.8822 and entering or requesting group code “UMWRWK”.

• Your group rate is $109 and is available until 5/5/09 or until hotel/block fills.

• When booking online http://fredericksburg.hgi.com select dates and click go, confirm dates, select room type at the bottom, enter "UMWRWK" in the convention code box and click continue following screen prompts.

We have made tentative dinner reservations at Brock’s Riverside Grill on 503 Sophia Street. The phone number is 540-370-1820. You could either call there to confirm the reservation or set up arrangements in any number of restaurants in town. We hope this information is helpful to you.
