External Grant Expenditures

All expenditures and travel reimbursements that are funded solely from "Sponsored Program" funds are governed by the terms and conditions of the individual grant or contract. In the absence of any external grant regulations, State regulations apply. "Sponsored Program" must be clearly stated on all payment requests and reimbursement paperwork.
