UMW Women's Soccer Embarks on Two Community Service Projects
April 23, 2009The University of Mary Washington women's soccer program finished the spring season with two service projects to help out the community.

March 9, 2009The University of Mary Washington women's soccer team will host a free clinic on March 28 to raise awareness of the sport and collect donations of children's books.

UMW's Pearson Named to NSCAA/Adidas All-Region Team
December 8, 2008University of Mary Washington senior soccer player Hannah Pearson (Annandale, Va./Woodson) has been named to the 2008 National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Adidas All-Mid Atlantic Region team.

Four Eagles Named to All-CAC Women's Soccer Teams
November 12, 2008The University of Mary Washington women's soccer team saw four players selected to the 2008 All-Capital Athletic Conference teams, as announced on Wednesday. Senior forward Hannah Pearson and freshman defender Marianne Dubinsky were named to the first team, while senior defender Lauren Harkness and freshman forward Amy Olson were named to the second team.
UMW Women's Soccer Falls at York, 2-1, in CAC Tournament 1st Round
November 1, 2008The University of Mary Washington women's soccer team jumped out to a 1-0 advantage in the opening minutes, but fell, 2-1, at York College in the first round of the Capital Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday in York, Pa. The Eagles close the season with a record of 8-6-5.

UMW Women's Soccer Tops Hood, 4-1, in Regular Season Finale
October 29, 2008The University of Mary Washington women's soccer team topped Hood College, 4-1, on Wednesday for Senior Day at the Battleground. With the win, UMW (8-5-5, 4-1-3 CAC) captures fifth place in the CAC Tournament and will visit fourth seeded York College on Saturday in the first round on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.

UMW Women's Soccer Ties Stevenson, 1-1, in Homecoming Tilt
October 25, 2008The University of Mary Washington women's soccer team tied Stevenson University, 1-1, in Capital Athletic Conference action on Saturday at a rainy Battleground Stadium for Homecoming. The Eagles move to 7-5-5 overall and 3-1-3 in CAC play, while the Mustangs move to 11-5-3 and 5-1-2.
