I expect you to always do the right thing.

Commitment expresses your pledge to your team.  Becoming a part of the Whole and strengthening our bonds and ensuring success.  You are responsible for your and our team’s success.
I expect you to bring pride, passion, and determination to the pool everyday.

Ethic represents your workhorse.  Everything you do will be done with all the energy you have to offer.  You, your team, and your coach will have the knowledge that you gave your best effort.
I expect you to work hard.

Fun means you will try to enjoy the process as much, or more, than the outcome.
I expect us to have fun.

Building our team on these four pillars will give a strong foundation to place our successes and will make any failure bearable.
