MISSION OF PROJECT B.O.B.
This mission of the BOB project is to implement an information system
to empower the college community by creating an open and easy environment
of information exchange, breaking the constraints of organizational
structure. Through the successful implementation of this project, the
institution will anticipate the needs of our stakeholders and deliver
information services how and when they want it, including anytime/anywhere
access via the Internet.
We will achieve this goal by constantly re-examining processes and doing
business differently. Those providing service in the new information
system environment will have access to all the information they require,
utilizing the latest technology and administrative systems that adopt
best business practices, saving time to focus on person-to-person communications
and more creative, fulfilling activities in support of the institutional
mission.
