Profile : This is where you start. The areas marked with a red asterisk are required fields and completing this section is necessary for using the rest of the site. Please fill out this section as fully as possible since we (or employers) may use your profile to search for candidates with particular skills or interests. You can update this section at any time.

Documents : This is where you store résumés and cover letters for use in your search. There are résumé templates for you to use or you may develop your own résumé . After you have written your résumé we highly recommend that you have it reviewed by Career Services. Then you can upload your résumé, if it is in Microsoft Word, to the site. You will need adobe acrobat to view you résumé, but the download is free.

You may store multiple résumés on the site, but you must choose only one to publish to our résumé book. This is our résumé referral system and we will use the book to send résumés to potential employers.

Applications: list of active and past applications that you have submitted.

Find Jobs : This section allows you to search for openings, view our employer database and sign up for on-campus interviews.

Calendar: View and register for career related events on campus, upcoming interviews, workshops and fairs.

Eagle Mentoring: contains over 300 alumni and friends of UMW that have volunteered to provide information about their employer, field, career advising, regional information, resume reviews, or mock interviews.

Help : Provides email based support for questions you may have.

Logout : Allows you to exit the system when you finish. Please do this when you leave your computer. Staying logged on may allow others to access your information.

Note: If you plan to participate in our on-campus recruiting program (where employers come to UMW and interview seniors/recent alumni for full-time or internship positions) you are required to read the recruiting policies and procedures. A copy is available in our office.
