SUBMITTING COURSE PROPOSALS TO THE CURRICULUM COMMITTEE

Please follow the guidelines appropriate to the action you are seeking from the Curriculum Committee. Adherence to the procedures listed below will allow the Committee to act quickly on your proposal or to identify any proposal problems that will require correction before making a decision. The goal of these procedures is to shorten the time between submission and decision. The Committee will return for revision any proposal that does not follow these guidelines.
In addition to following the guidelines listed below for specific categories of curriculum actions, persons submitting proposals should also follow the “Guidelines for All Proposals to the Curriculum Committee” (as stated below).
To Add a New Course to the Curriculum
To Delete an Existing Course
To Change the Number or Title of an Existing Course
To Change the Prerequisites of an Existing Course

To Change the Requirements for the Major (or an Existing Concentration)
