New student orientation is mandatory for all incoming BLS students. Not only is the orientation a great time to meet your fellow BLS students, but it is also a time to gain invaluable information on university programs, polices and procedures and how to access critical information.
I heard all students must complete a foreign language, is that true?
The general education requirements for BA/BS students are very different than those of BLS students. BLS students are not required to complete a foreign language unless it is part of their major, e.g. International Affairs. See the following link for general education requirements.
