Changes to Degree Plan
Changes to an Approved Degree Plan
Changes may be made to an approved Degree Plan in consultation with the student's major advisor with the approval of the BLS Committee. Appeals to make changes in a Degree Plan must have a rationale explaining the need for the change.
Send ten hard copies and an electronic copy of the Degree Plan Change Form to the BLS Office one week prior to the BLS Committee. The form must be signed by the student's advisor prior to submission.
The BLS Committee meetings for the2008-2009 academic year are as follows:
