Computer Science Alumni --Where are they now?
Upon graduation our students are prepared to pursue all kinds of software-related careers. Here are some of the things our recent alumni are doing:
- Doug Couvillion ('92)
Doug is an IT Consultant for Keane, Inc. in Richmond Virginia. He has also been a software developer for AT&T. - Alisa P. Mills ('94)
Alisa is developing internet services software for Digital Creations in downtown Fredericksburg. - Martha Jo Keener ('94)
Martha Jo is a computer scientist at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia. She is developing software for the human interface components of the Tomahawk missile control system. - I.V. Blankenship ('96)
I. V. is a software engineer in the Management and Data Systems division at Lockheed-Martin in Vienna, Virgina - Pete Clark ('96)
Pete is a software engineer in the Advanced Technologies group at Infonautics in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. He is currently working on the next generation of VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Languageä) and Java software. - Jeff Tench ('96)
Jeff is an owner of Infinity Computers, a retail computer store in Fredericksburg. He also does network and PC consulting. - Rene Winnik ('97)
Rene is a Software Engineer for the Passenger Information Display System for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. - Amy Colby ('99)
Amy completed an MBA at Syracuse University, and is Marketing Director for The Hamilton Group, a small finance firm in Syracuse, New York. - Catherine Davey ('00)
Cathi is a Systems Engineer for Sun Microsystems, currently in McClean, Virginia. - Dan Dupras ('03)
Dan is a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, Maryland. He is currently working on Wedgetail - a modified version of AEW&C. - Bryan M. Yawberg ('03)
Bryan is a Case Analyst with Computer Science Corporation (CSC) in Reston, Virginia. - Adam Robison ('03)
Adam is currently working at NSWC in Dahlgren, and is also prusuing a Masters in Systems Engineering at The University of Virginia.
