Degree Programs
Regardless of your major, you'll receive a broad, well-rounded education at UMW. The General Education component of the BA/BS curriculum enables you to explore a variety of subjects in the arts, natural sciences, humanities, and social sciences. The BLS program tailors these same general education requirements to the needs and lifestyle of the working adult student.
Either way, students graduating with an undergraduate degree from the University of Mary Washington take with them an experience, and a credential, that opens up a world of possibilities.
Special features of our undergraduate degree programs include a wide selection of courses, dynamic independent study options, extensive internship opportunities, undergraduate research opportunities, exciting study abroad possibilities, and an outstanding faculty that provides a remarkable amount of personal attention.
