Paid Fall Internship available.
The National Law Enforcement Museum, a museum in development, is seeking interns to assist with collections development and research. The interns will assist the Museum Programs staff in the documentation and research of the Museum's collection.

Duties will focus on completing research for our historical archival and object collections. Assisting Museum Programs staff in other projects as needed.

Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate-level Museum Studies or History program and possess strong researching skills. Knowledge of object handling, and a familiarity with FilemakerPro are pluses. Interns will receive an hourly stipend.

The main office is Metro accessible in downtown Washington, DC; offsite storage is near Suitland, MD, so independent transportation is a plus, but not required.
