Program Description
¡Bienvenidos a Bilbao!
University of Mary Washington in association with the Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao, Spain, offers several courses abroad. Students can participate in summer programs but also attend the University of Deusto for a semester or for an entire academic year. Our summer program is a five-week program of intensive study and travel in Spain. See list of courses in several disciplines for transfer credit by clicking here: Summer. Students will also be able to take numerous excursions throughout the Basque Country and Spain. See description of our summer program by clicking on Dates and Costs. In addition to teaching some of the courses offered, a UMW Faculty Resident Director will accompany the students during our summer program and serve as a contact person for any concerns or problems students might encounter while on the program.
