(NOTE: Please complete this form if you will be studying abroad and submit to the Office of Residence Life)

Extended Break Application

The Residence halls will close Saturday, December 13th at 10 a.m. for Winter Break. Only individuals who have received permission from our office will be permitted to remain in the Residence halls past the closing time/date or will be permitted to return to the residence halls prior to our January 11th, 2009 opening. The deadline to submit your Application for Housing during the Winter Break Break to the Office of Residence Life will be Monday, December 8th. The forms will also be available in our office. Please be sure to have this information in on time; we will not be able to accept late forms. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
