Check-In Dates

The residence halls will open for incoming students on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 8:15 a.m. Refer to your Eagle Essentials for more information!

Returning students will be welcomed back to campus on Sunday, August 23, 2009 beginning at 9 a.m. Out-of-state students who need additional travel time can contact the Office of Residence Life for other options available to them.

WEST village

If your student has been assigned to West Village, please refer to our information page here.

emergency information

Parents, we need your help! Ask your students if they've filled out their emergency contact information. It's the only way we know how to contact you in the event of a serious emergency. Valuable time can be lost trying to find those numbers when students don't do this.

Eagle village

Eagle Village, a 624 bed apartment complex for UMW students is under construction! Juniors and seniors will have the opportunity to live in this luxury complex that is scheduled for opening in Fall 2010.
