About the Department

The Department of Sociology and Anthropology, housed in Monroe Hall, comprises six full-time faculty in sociology and two in anthropology. We offer a major in sociology with an optional concentration in anthropology, both leading to the B.A. degree. The programs are described in detail on the Sociology Curriculum and Anthropology Curriculum pages.
