Cashier's Office

The Cashier's Office has relocated to Lee Hall, Room 206.

The Cashier's Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to receive payments from the entire University of Mary Washington community, including the Gari Melcher's Home and Studio and the James Monroe Museum and Memorial Library. The office is located in Lee Hall, Room 206 next to the Office of Student Accounts. A locked drop box is available directly outside the office to deposit payments outside of operating hours.

Student tuition payments should be mailed to the Lockbox Processing Center or paid through Nelnet Business Solutions' eCashier.

Direct payments accepted in the Cashier's Office by Cash, Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order include:

• Student Tuition Payments
• Outside Scholarships and Loan Sources
• Meal Plan Fees
• Study Abroad Fees
• Parking Decals and Parking Tickets
• Other Miscellaneous Fees or Fines

EagleOne is also an option for incidental charges (Convenience Fee may apply). Please refer to the EagleOne Payments link for additional information.
