The Office of Advising Services provides the services necessary for planned enrollment in and completion of degree and certificate programs. Services include:

Academic advising while enrolled in the course(s)
Review and approval of course selections and registration
Review of previous higher education experience in relation to transfer credit
Specialized advising for students in academic jeopardy
Employment/career advising in preparation for continued or new employment after program completion
Pre-matriculation advising in preparation for enrollment in specific courses and programs

The Office of Advising Services also serves as a clearinghouse for all student services. Professional staff is available to provide advising services to students on a scheduled or walk-in basis. Additional services include financial aid referrals, disability service referrals, and academic skills workshops.

The Office of Advising Services is located at the Stafford Campus in Rooms 141, 146 and in the Administrative Suite behind the Office of Admissions.

Fall and Spring Hours:

Please note that the Office of Advising Servcies will close at 5:00 PM from Thursday, December 17 until Tuesday, December 23, 2009. The University will then be closed for winter break until 8:30 am on Monday, January 4, 2010.

Saturday	By appointment only
Sunday	Closed
