Primary Duties:
Ms. Braxton manages the Office of Advising Services and supervises all members of its staff. She develops, interprets, implements and disseminates academic rules and regulations for graduate and undergraduate degree programs at CGPS. She manages the CGPS Probation/ Suspension activities for all CGPS academic programs. She is also the administrative contact for the CGPS Honor Council and serves as chair of the CGPS Academic Standing Committee.

Primary Duties:
Ms. Cropp is the lead advisor for the Bachelor of Professional Studies program. She provides initial advising, as well as primary advising through program completion. In addition, she serves as Chairperson of the Student Awards and Honors Advisory Committee, coordinates the Omicron Psi Honor Society inductions, and serves on the Banner Team.

Primary Duties:
Ms. Gallahan is the lead advisor for the Initial Teacher Licensure and Master of Education programs. She provides initial advising to all new education students. In addition, she coordinates the CGPS Tutorial Program.
Jennifer L. Batson

Primary Duties:
Ms. Batson is the first point of contact for questions relating to admissions, advising, or registration policies and procedures. She assists non-degree students with registration forms. She can also answer questions regarding how to view grades, where to find forms and how to register using the Eaglelink portal.
Danielle C. Davis

Primary Duties:
Ms. Davis is the lead advisor and administrator for the Education and Business certificate programs. She is the primary CGPS School Certifying Official responsible for reporting enrollment for students using Veterans Benefits. She reviews graduating BPS students for inclusion in Who's Who Among American College Students. She also maintains several CGPS websites.
Priscilla K. Sullivan
National Testing/ Special Events Coordinator

Primary Duties:
Ms. Sullivan is responsible for coordinating national exams that are administrated at UMW, including LSAT, GRE, PRAXIS, and ACT. She is responsible for the CLEP exams that are given at CGPS. She serves as the CGPS representative on the OSACS staff, and coordinates special events such as UMW commencement, career fair, UMW resource fair, and many other student activities.
