MBA-MSMIS Dual Degree Graduate Program

This program provides an opportunity for students to earn dual master’s degrees in areas that are highly sought after in today’s global economy. Through this program, students have an opportunity to enroll in both the MBA and the MSMIS at the same time. Students are able to share up to 12 credits between the two programs. These shared credits are specified in the dual program degree requirements below.

In order to apply to the dual degree program, admission requirements for both the MBA and the MSMIS must be met.

Students already enrolled in one of the two programs may be eligible for admission to the dual degree program. Contact the UMW Graduate Admissions Office for more information.

To qualify for graduation from both programs, students must meet foundation course requirements for both programs and take the following set of courses to meet all core, concentration and elective requirements for both programs- see academic catalog for specific information.
