Register in person at the College of Graduate and Professional Studies or download the required forms on this page.

Deadline for registration is the Monday before the Friday class.

All first-time non-degree and returning non-degree students must complete:

Payment is required at registration for all Professional Development classes.

  • Credit card payments:

Please note: The credit card payment process has changed.
You must have a UMW Student ID # [called a Banner number] to pay online.
Go to http://www.umw.edu/studentaccounts/default.php for more information on how to make a credit card or ACH payment through EaglePay, or contact the Office of Student Accounts at 540/286-8058 or cgpsbills@umw.edu.

  • Refunds for cancelled classes that were paid for by credit card will be issued by check from UMW.
  • Call 540/286-8058 for assistance or email Student Accounts

FEES (per undergraduate credit hour)
$ 249 in-state tuition
$ 737 out-of-state tuition
$ 30 non-refundable processing fee (This fee is due once each semester, regardless of the number of classes taken.)
