Student Advising
If you have not met with your advisor for summer and fall advising, please do so as soon as possible. If you are not planning to register for summer and/or fall courses, let your advisor know your plans and complete the leave of absence appropriate forms (if necessary) through the CGPS Office of Advising and Student Services.
Also, please note that you must officially drop a course if you choose not to take it after meeting with your advisor. If you choose to drop a practicum, you must also notify Dr. Brenda Vogel.

Important Deadlines and Information
EDCI 550 Field Mentorship (Track I) -- Apply by October 1 for Spring Semester; February 1 for Fall Semester. Summer Field Mentorship is not available
- EDCI 550 application
- Archive your completed 590 Project in electronic format at the University of Mary Washington Library. Submit your approved digital copy of your 590 paper via the appropriate online submission form for inclusion in Archives @ UMW.
EDCI 551 Field Internship (Track II) -- Apply by October 1 for Spring Semester; February 1 for Summer or Fall Semesters
