Job Tracking
Our project database contains a history of every job your department has produced through Design Services for the past several years. Each job is assigned a unique tracking number and the status of that job is monitored thoughout the creative and production processes.
A timeline for each project is assigned as jobs are opened in the database. For existing jobs, we factor in a five business day turnaround to first proof. For new projects, the turnaround for first proof is 10 business days. This is a general rule of thumb -- some projects make take more or fewer days depending on the complexity of the work. We highly recommend scheduling a creative consultation for new projects.
