If you have a documented disability, please see our Description of Services and complete the Disability Notification Form:

and send it to The Office of Disability Services, University of Mary Washington, 1301 College Avenue, George Washington Hall, Room 203, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.

Students should complete and submit this form as soon as possible as the first step in registering with the Office of Disability Services. Receipt of the completed form will initiate further correspondence from the Office of Disability Services.
