User Services
User Services, a division of the Department of Information Technologies, encompasses the Help Desk , technology training, and support for desktops and for classrooms and computer labs. The Help Desk also serves as the customer-service contact point for the University's telephone system and its internal cable-television system. User Services headquarters, including the Help Desk, moved to its permanent home in the renovated ground-floor level of George Washington Hall in January 2008.
