Chief Information Officer and Vice President for Information Technologies and Institutional Research

Khalil Yazdi was named Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President for Information Technology and Institutional Research at the University of Mary Washington in August 2008.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the areas of information technology and institutional research, Dr. Yazdi most recently served the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) as System Chief Information Officer and Vice Chancellor for Information Technology and System Research.

Dr. Yazdi holds a B.A., M.A. and Ph.D., all in economics, from the University of Houston.
