Enterprise Application Services

Justin Webb - Executive Director, Enterprise Application Services

The Enterprise Application Services department is responsible for the management, security of, and access to the institution’s centralized enterprise data environment. The department provides technical management, business systems analysis, applications development and support for the University’s enterprise resource planning system, Banner, the university’s enterprise portal system, Eaglelink, the EagleOne Card Application, and other University applications and software.

The department strives to enhance and extend the functionality of existing enterprise systems and to help university offices access, interpret and analyze university data in support of management decision making and overall system and data administration.

The unit is divided into the following functional areas:

  • Applications Development
  • Applications Administration
  • Database Administration

The Enterprise Application Services department reports to the Vice President for information Technology and CIO, and works closely with the other units within the Department of Information Technologies to provide overall IT and project management support to the university community.
