User Services, a division of the Department of Information Technologies, encompasses the Technology Assistance Center (formerly known as the "Computer Help Desk"), Voice Services, and Desktop Support. User Services headquarters, including the Technology Assistance Center, will be moving to the temporary structure in the Dodd parking lot in early Fall 2006, and will move to its permanent home in the renovated basement level of George Washington Hall in Spring 2007.
