Desktop Support

At times, that computer on your desk takes a bit of looking after, and some preparation to work on our systems. When your technology issue is desktop-related, chances are that the Technology Assistance Center will route your problem to our Desktop Support staff. Trained specifically in desktop systems on the UMW network, and working side-by-side with the Infrastructure Services specialists, our desktop technicians have years of experience at Mary Washington, and do their best to respond quidkly and professionally.
