What is the EagleOne Card?

The EagleOne Card is your University identification card; it accesses residence halls, dining plans, and contains a debit account. The EagleOne Card serves many purposes and should be carried at all times. If you have a valid University of Mary Washington ID, you have an EagleOne account. The account is activated with an initial deposit of $25.00 or more. Using your EagleOne card at various locations on campus eliminates the need to carry cash, write numerous checks or use a bank credit card.

Where do I go to sign up?

To receive your EagleOne card simpily go to the EagleOne Card office with your class schedule and driver's license. It takes only moments to produce the ID.

How do I add money to my EagleOne account?

  • Eagleone online card office. Our services have expanded to include new features that will now allow students to view account balances online, review EagleOne transaction history, and deposit funds online in real-time! Please visit the EagleOne Online Card office, students will need their Novell username and password to sign on. Guests wishing to deposit funds to a student's account will need provide the student's first and last name as well as their University of Mary Washington Email address.

What if I lose my EagleOne Card?

For your personal security all lost or stolen cards should be invalidated immediateley online at the EagleOne online card office, or in person at the EagleOne Card Center during normal business hours.

Students must come to the EagleOne Card Center to re-activate a card or to purchase a new card.

Where can I use my EagleOne Card?

Your EagleOne Account can be used like a debit card at these locations on campus:

Do I need a new EagleOne card each year I attend UMW?

No. Your EagleOne Card is valid as long as you are an active student.

Does the EagleOne Card have any fees attached?

There is no fee for using the card, however there is a $20.00 replacement fee for any cards lost, stolen or damaged.

Can cash be withdrawn from the EagleOne Card?

No. The funds in the EagleOne account are only valid on campus. Refunds will be given upon written request only if a student graduates, transfers or withdrawals.

Who can I call if there is a problem with my EagleOne Card?

You can call the EagleOne Card Center at 540-654-1005.

Where is the EagleOne Card Center located?

The Card Center is located in the Washroom across from the Eagle's Nest in Woodard Campus Center. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
