Attention All Incoming Freshmen and BA/BS Transfer Students
The EagleOne Card is the ONLY card you need at UMW. 
Residential Students
To avoid long lines during Orientation make sure to have your photo processed before the deadline of August 8th, either through Eaglelink Online Photo Submission or at the EagleOne Card Center.
Residential students who submit an acceptable* photo before the deadline, will be able to pick up their EagleOne Card during check in at the residence halls on Move in Day August 20, 2008. Students will need to bring an additional form of photo identification in order to receive the EagleOne Card.
Non-residential Students
Commuting students can submit a photo either through Eaglelink Online Photo Submission or at the EagleOne Card Center. Acceptable* EagleOne photos processed using Eaglelink Online Photo Submission will be available for pick up at the EagleOne Card Center begining August 20th. Students choosing to have their photo taken at the EagleOne Card Center will receive their card immediately.
*Photos submitted online must meet the requirements stated on the Eaglelink Online Photo Submission page. Students will be contacted prior to Move in Day, August 20th, if the photo is unacceptable.
The EagleOne Card Center is located inside the Washroom of the Woodard Campus Center. Please call 540-654-1005 to make an appointment to have your picture taken or if you need more information. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Textbook Reservation Program and the EagleOne Card
Students wishing to participate in the Textbook Reservation program can do so without physically having an EagleOne Card. An EagleOne debit account has already been established and linked to the card prior to receiving it. To take advantage of the Textbook Reservation Program, deposit $675.00 into the EagleOne account using a Visa or MasterCard through Eaglelink or send a check (made out to UMW) with the Textbook Reservation mail in form before the deadline of July 30th, 2008.
