Training is a gift.
We realize that each MWC department has its own culture within the overall MWC culture. This individual culture brings about its own set of challenges and opportunities for the employees and managers in that department. Our goal is to work with departmental supervisors and staff, at their request, to pinpoint specific developmental needs and to design customized training and development programs just for that department.
