Action Plan based on Survey Comment Results
A summarized list of desired training topics that are relevant to all employees is listed below along with action plans related to these topics. Comments regarding specialized training needs (i.e IT/computer skills, Electrical Theory, Budget) were forwarded to the related departments for their information and action. NOTE : While employee “pay increases” can not be directly addressed through this program, it was a re-occurring theme in the comment section of the survey and; therefore, these comments have been forwarded to the Executive Vice President.
