Fitness at Home Program delivers creative ways to increase your fitness level. Every program participant receives a fitness bag and jump rope. The Fitness at Home Program will be presented on May 14th (8:30-9:05, 9:10-9:45, and 9:50-10:25 am) in the Woodard Campus Center as part of the Employee Appreciation Day morning interest sessions- Don't miss out!
Cooling Down
Prize Drawings – When you complete the Fitness Assessment and/or the Fitness at Home Challenge, your name will be entered into prize drawings for 100 CommonHealth “Fitness in a Bag” incentives (which include a stability ball, pump and fitness tubing) and four, $200.00 Visa gift cards!
