From January to March, the CommonHealth program is suggesting ways you can "Get Healthy!" through eating well during lunch.

Let’s Do Lunch Emails - Served up quick and garnished with links to informative websites. A total of five emails will be sent beginning January 29nd. If you subscribed during the Plan It My Weigh quarter, emails will automatically be delivered to your inbox. If you are a new subscriber, you can sign-up when you take the Eating Well Assessment.
Let’s Do Lunch Challenge -This one-month challenge is refreshing and goes down easy offering healthier choices during the work week. (PDF)

Let’s Do Lunch Program - Now being served up at your agency by your CommonHealth Regional Coordinator. This crowd-pleaser promises to deliver quick tips on eating a healthier lunch and a 3-compartment microwave plate for each participant! Visit our informational booth on February 15, 2007 from 11:30-12:30 pm in the Seacobeck Faculty/Staff Dining Room to get some great information and a free prize!
