Water Drinking Challenge

Start your summer with a new healthy habit!

Drinking water can help reduce excess body fat, ease digestive problems, decrease joint/muscle soreness and alleviate water retention. It also improves muscle and skin tone and helps to reduce fatigue.

Health Benefits of

Drinking Water

  • Prevention of fatigue, weakness and dizziness (all related to dehydration)
  • Increased digestive motility, thus less constipation
  • Increased urination, thus fewer bladder infections
  • Weight management (decreased hunger, increased waste removal)
  • Fewer headaches – The brain needs lots of water and the right balance of electrolytes to be at its best.

Challenge Goal: Drink 6 cups of water for at least 18 days out of the month to complete the challenge (1 cup = 8 ounces).

Once you've completed the challenge, return your form to Keri Goodfriend in the Office of Human Resources by Friday, July 6th and you'll receive your challenge incentive shown below.
