Deadline for Fall 2008 in-band request submissions:

September 12, 2008

* All requests must be submitted on Supervisor Request Form (R-1) with all necessary signatures to the Office of Human Resources, Fairfax House, no later than 5:00 pm on the above date. Request forms received after this time will be returned to the requesting supervisor.

* Requesting supervisors are encouraged to submit requests early to allow time for review and corrections if necessary.
