careers.umw is an online application and employment system uniquely designed to automate the recruitment process at UMW.  The system improves service levels to applicants and hiring authorities while also reducing the time and costs associated with processing employment application materials. With this innovative technology, we join the ranks of other competitive higher education institutions using the online employment application system including George Mason University, Virginia Tech, James Madison University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Norfolk State, Old Dominion University, and the College of William & Mary, as well as Virginia’s Department of Human Resource Management for all state employment.
