R. Leigh Frackelton Jr., Professor in the College of Business Department of Accounting and Management Information Systems, earned an MLT (1978) from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary and a J.D. (1977) from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, after having received a B.A. (1974) in history at Washington and Lee University. As an attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Frackelton is a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs and the Virginia State Bar. He has expertise in the areas of federal income tax, accounting and business law.
