Yoga Class Descriptions:
Yoga I - designed for beginners or those with little yoga experience (focus is on learning positions, breathing, and stretching
Yoga II - designed for more advanced pratitioners; challenging and fun
Yoga III - designed to help you get over the stress of the week and head into the weekend without the week's burdens on your shoulders; focus on stress release, relaxation, feeling good about yourself.

All summer classes are free and are held in Dance Studio #5 on the lower level of Goolrick Hall.
