Customer Service Initiative

In Fall 2002, interdepartmental orientation and training sessions were held as part of the larger "Get Connected" initiative. These sessions allowed employees to connect with employees across campuses and to explore the idea of a UMW "service and work culture" with the overall purpose being to enhance service delivery. This initiative led to a greater customer-driven culture and a better "connected" community.
