The Class of 2008 received the GOLD Rush award
at Homecoming 2009.
Classes from 2001 through 2009 are vying for this UMW award based on each class's participation rate for gifts made from July 1, 2009, to June 30, 2010.
The winning class will be announced during Homecoming celebration in October 2010 and will have its year and participation rate permanently engraved on the GOLD RUSH spirit award on display in the Jepson Alumni Executive Center.
The award is modeled after the Mary Washington spirit rock and was custom-designed by Weston Betts '08.
A GOLD chair and GOLD committee members from each class will be leading the rush for the GOLD. Keep checking back for more information and updates as they become available.
