Each spring, Mary Washington supporters have the opportunity to meet scholarship recipients at a special luncheon. This year's event was held in the Rappahannock Grand Ballroom at the Jepson Alumni Executive Center.

Gayle Weinberger Petro '79, the Event Chair for the UMW Foundation Board, welcomed more than 200 guests and invited them to enjoy their lunch.

Guests were treated to special performances by students.

After dessert, President Judy G. Hample thanked all donors for their loyalty to Mary Washington. She said scholarship support is very important to help fulfill the educational mission of the University and to help students achieve their life goals.

Scholarship recipient Brynn Boyer '10 thanked donors on behalf of all student recipients.

Amberle Mathews ’09  led the group in singing the Alma Mater.

After the luncheon program, donors and their recipients met in the Courtyard to pose for keepsake photos.
