Advisory Council on Diversity and Community Values- This council promotes initiatives at the University which foster a learning and work environment in which diversity, fairness, respect, and personal and institutional integrity are valued.

Office of Disability Services- The function of the Office of Disability Services is to assist the University of Mary Washington in providing equal and integrated access for students with disabilities to all of the academic, social, cultural, and recreational programs it offers. 

Office of Human Resources- The Office of Human Resources is committed to responding quickly and appropriately to any concerns or questions regarding workplace violence, workplace harassment,/discrimination, sexual harassment, conflict resolution, and employee rights.
