This section of Banner "Employee Self Service" provides links to state tax forms for Virginia, Maryland, DC, West Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania as well as Federal IRS tax forms.

You will need to print the forms for completion and send them to the Payroll Office, GW Hall, 3rd floor.
