Exit Interview Questionnnaire
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback about your work experiences at UMW. Exit interviews are a prime opportunity for us to gain candid information on the employment conditions within UMW so that we can identify specific work conditions or patterns of management behavior that may be improved.
Information from exit interviews will be incorporated in a quarterly report given to the vice presidents of each area. Individual names will not be identified.
