Welcome New Employees!

Please print and complete the required new employee forms linked on the left navigational bar beneath the tab, "Welcome New Employees." The forms include the following:

  • Direct Deposit Authorization
  • Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9)
  • Federal Tax (Form W-4)
  • Virginia Tax (Form VA-4)

Bring the completed forms with you to New Employee Orientation. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the Office of Human Resources at (540) 654-1046.
