Financial Aid Verification Form. All financial aid issues shoudl be addressed with the Office of Financial Aid. All students must complete the Financial Aid Verification form. Program cost must be verified by the program provider and anticipated aid verified by the Office of Financial Aid. It is the responsibility of the student to make arrangements with the Office of Financial Aid early in the semester preceding the study abroad. This form can be sent by the student to third party
